Tia Durrant

Over the last decade Tia has been actively involved in the real estate market. Her real estate investment adventure has been developing since 2013 when she decided to lease out her first home. With lots of trials and tribulations she has learned the value of a real good handyman and an incredible accountant. Having the right handyman is critical to maintaining the value and cash flow of an investment property. Having the right Tax person is also absolutely critical to the success of the investment property. There are so many tax implications to owning a rental property you either know or you hire someone that knows.  Tia brings a breath of fresh air to the real estate market her bubbly personality, her ability to recognize a deal, and her well established network is second to none in the Grand Valley. Tia has lived in the Grand Valley her entire life and she is very familiar with the area, the people, as well as the market trends. Tia has the ability to keep pushing through, as problems arise in the process Tia is dedicated to her clients to work though the issues and keep the contract together. If she recognizes a problem she will work through the issue and find the best solution. She loves to help her clients and to serve them in the best possible way. Once you meet her ,you will know you have met an amazing human.  

Travis Dove

Travis has been actively involved in the real estate business since 2017. He has learned that in this business you absolutely need a real estate professional that can get the job done!! His very first home sold was a home that the Grand Junction SWAT team broke into 9 days before close. Broke the door in, busted multiple windows, ripped down the fence, and then tear gassed the place.   His drive and ability to push through the problems and find good solutions was very apparent on even his very first deal. The home was closed on time… Over the years he has continued to sharpen his skills understanding both the buying and selling side of the business. Negotiating deals in real estate but also during his “day job” working for a very successful Colorado based oil and gas company. He understands the process of the deal and what needs to be completed to keep the deal moving forward to close.

Travis Continues to analyze the current market trends and has established great working connections to a very well encompassed team of experts in the finance, construction, and title work fields. He knows what lenders can get the job done, construction workers that do what they say, and ultimately a team of title workers that are extremely fast and reliable.

Travis is a local grown agent that has lived in Colorado his entire life. He understands and values the beauty of this land and wants to protect our current way of life, Through his travels he knows that Grand Junction and the surrounding area is a gem that not too many people of the world can enjoy. If Travis is not working a deal or negotiating better terms with a vendor, he is out in the middle of this beautiful state. There is not much better than spending a day up on the Mesa chasing brook trout with a fishing pole.
